I met Nicky in 2001 when she visited me for advice on how to start a style business. I was shocked to find, upon returning to the UK on business in 2005, that she had her own TV show and the idea involved taking everything you don't like about yourself and changing it, under the guise of looking 10 years younger. We all know that what you don't like can be a belief and not real. And, to validate that is the equivalent of having a best friend who points out your faults! Uggghh!! This isn't styling but only surface work!

The American fake Reverend goes around trying to encourage Americans to stop consuming and shopping and bashes the big retailers like Wal-Mart and Starbucks. Similar to the guy on Oxford Street who shouts into his mic 'Are you a sinner or a winner' outside Topshop and Selfridges. Are we consumers promised heaven by the advertisers?

With sizing of clothing varying per designer, Europe are looking to introduce new universal sizing not like the size 10 or 12 but by measurements. This will take away the anomalies of such varying sizes from different designers. A size 12 in Jagaer is very different from a size 12 in H & M!
