Image Profiling Consultation

The Consultation

An Image Profiling Consultation is an intensive 3-hour personal face-to-face session to analyse your 'Blueprint' and determine your 'Image Type'.

This is the foundation to The Wardrobe Shrink's approach and a prerequisite to any further consultation.

The Process (3 hours)

  • Evaluation of your current self-image - how you see yourself/how others see you
  • Understanding your personal image history - influences and experiences
  • Positive and negative messages you convey about yourself
  • Personality assessment
  • Identifying and understanding your personal presence and spirit type
  • Physical analysis of body architecture, shape, proportion
  • Natural colouring analysis - your skin tones and colour psychology
  • The reveal of your 'Image Type' and archetype
  • Style and lifestyle advice specific to you and your Image Type

The Approach

Sarah provides a relaxed and open environment for clients, ensuring that you can speak with confidence about your personal image and lifestyle questions and knowing that all matters remain confidential. Sarah uses her self-designed processes and her intuitive ability to help achieve the best results for you.

What's Provided

  • A detailed Personal Profile outlining how to achieve your style and what to wear.
  • An Analysis Worksheet and a Colour Swatch of your preferred colour palette.
