We guarantee all our products and consultations to be fully as described and that consultations or e-products are conducted or prepared by Sarah Whittaker - The Wardrobe Shrink - unless clearly stated. We guarantee to provide the materials detailed in our product information pages.

Booking Policy


All email bookings are automated and immediately received by Insideout Profiling. For the Distance Consultations, upon booking the client immediately will receive a copy of the questionnaire to complete and following the completion of the questionnaire, a welcome letter detailing the requirements for photographs. All clients are contacted within three days of returning the questionnaire to arrange the telephone consultation. Should Sarah be away on business, an assistant will contact the client on her behalf, otherwise a message will be sent to notify the client of any time delay should there be one. For the e-products, a download file and directions are automatically sent to the client upon booking.

Return Policy


We stand behind every product or consultation we provide. If you are not absolutely pleased with your purchase - for any reason - we will be happy to make an exchange or refund the purchase price. Simply notify us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you.

For e-products, we trust the integrity of the client to delete the e-product from their computer files if they are refunding the product. For Distance Consultations, we ask the client to return all colour swatches, documentation and anything else provided as part of the service by postal service to:
