How to download the scrapbook
- Click on the 'product name' on the thank you page or on your email order receipt.
- A box will open up. Select 'Save' and choose a location that you will remember on your computer. Tip: you may have an e-book folder in your 'My Documents' section already set up. Otherwise, save it to the desktop folder - the easiest place to find it!
- Once the download is complete, go to the saved location and open up the file. If you don't have adobe reader, then you will need to download this free software so that you can open the scrapbook e-book and view it. Adobe Reader is universally known and used by government organisations and corporations for reading PDF files.
- Once you have downloaded Adobe Reader, then open it and select 'file' then 'open' and choose the saved scrapbook file from the location you saved it in.
- Acrobat Reader has zoom buttons so you can zoom in and look at items more closely. You can set the viewing at 50% which will show both pages at the same next to each other.

Printing the E-Book
If you wish to print out a copy for personal use, it is best to do this in Adobe Reader. So, open the file inside Adobe Reader and select 'print' under the file drop down menu. A screen will pop up within printing options; half way down next to 'page scaling' select the option from the drop down menu 'fit to printable area'. Underneath that, tick the box 'auto rotate and centre'. Then, select print. This will print the document as you view it side by side and the printing will sit correctly on the pages. If you have a Mac, Preview doesn't print the document out correctly.
Alternatively, save the file to disc and take it to a local Printing Store and they can print it and bind it for you. To save the file to disk in order to do this, open up your documents folder and find the file, right click on the file name instead of opening the file up and select send to, then select D drive. You then will need to write the file to disk by selecting the D drive in your computer folder and selecting write files to disk in the left margin.
